Transition into a Deeper You

We are ever evolving. Remember yourself eight years ago? Yes. Remember how you related to other people? Remember what you used to think about yourself? Remember what felt overwhelming then? Remember the good times you had? How does that resonate with you now?

We are ever evolving. Our bodies age, but our spirits grow and expand. We notice that we are transforming and realizing new things. We reflect and we either remain in our status quo, because that is the comforting space where you and everyone around you will know what to expect, or we decide to take a step outside and try out what feels true to you and not what seems to have been established in whatever society, family, culture or neighborhood you have been born into.

We grow up creating behavior and thought patterns that allow us to survive, but then we get the chance to unlearn what we have learned. In this transition, we realize parts of ourselves that have been in the shadows. We get a glimpse of our blind spots, and we get to change our habits, our actions and our mental script, thus creating the person you want to become.

So, who do you want to be? What qualities do you want to bring to the forefront? You are intrinsically every human quality. Now, which ones do you want to cultivate?
